My name is Paul. I called the Cadillac Doctor from Little Rock Ark. He answered all my questions and I felt secure with having my car delivered to him there in Youngstown Ohio, He also pointed me in the right direction about finding the right people to ship the car there. He repaired the car above my expectations, I could not be happier. I bought this car at a auction, and did not know it was over heating. I called every shop and dealership with in 200 miles of here, everyone of them telling me, sorry, cannot help you, we wont touch those engines. I did not know what I was going to do, but after a brief search on Google, I found Dale at Davis Auto repair, The Cadillac Doctor. I gave him a call, with in a week he had my car and it was repaired with in another week. I flew into Pittsburgh and he picked me up, and I drove the car home, I am a salesman and spend a lot of time on the road, so far I have racked up 18000 miles and have not had the first problem, thanks Dale. When it came to fixing my Northstar on my S and S
Presidential Cadillac limo all of the local shops wanted
to replace my engine for about 4500.00. Plus. I did some
research and found you and the first thing you said was "Why replace it, I
can fix it for about 1600." The I knew I had found my man. Wonderful job, great price, and great turn around.

Hi Dale, i just wanted to say what a great job you did on my 1997 cadillac
eldorado etc. it runs great no overheating or going through antifreeze.i have
put about 2,000 miles on it and i am very glad that i brought my car to you to
have carrolls custom cadillac head studs, oil pump, water pump, a/c compressor,
motor and transmission mounts and i could not be happier. it was worth the trip
from boston to youngstown. thanks again Dale. Darin
Bought a '99 cadillac a couple of months ago, only to learn it had an overheating problem, which was a problem with the head gasket. I found Cadillac Doctor on the internet, waited my turn, and today passed the E-check which it had failed three other times. The car runs great and just wanted to say "Thanks" to Dale and those that had a hand in getting my car road worthy. I highly recommend the workmanship and the price. So glad I allowed myself to spend hard earned money to fix a problem that wasn't made clear to me when I bought the vehicle. Thanks Cadillac Doctor.
Just wanted to send along a "hello" and let you know that my "Davis
Northstar" is running beautifully ........ couldn't be better. Am very pleased with it's
performance. With the new "muscle" the old Caddy has become a Great car, due to
the personal interest you took in my situation. Thank you again for the "extra
mile". Hope things are going well with you and that your health has returned.

“Dale and his team did an excellent job repairing my wife’s 99 Cadillac Deville. My wife took the car for a weekend trip to Louisville but the engine overheated. I took the car to a local mechanic, they conducted an exhaust gas emission test and concluded that the engine was overheating because exhaust gases were getting into the coolant and heating it up. They did not detect any loss of coolant. They wanted to install a rebuilt engine from Jasper Engines and Transmissions for a cost that exceeded the value of the car. When I called Dale and explained what was wrong with the car, he assured me that he and his team could make the engine “as good as new”. I’m totally pleased with the performance of the engine and highly recommend Dale and his team if you need this work on your Northstar engine. I doubt you remember me but last year you repaired the head
gasket problem I was having with my 01 Deville. It's been over a year
and the engine is running just fine. No overheating problems at all.
Just thought I would write and say "Thanks" again for the good work.
talking with you, every repair shop I took the car to told me the only resolve
was a new engine and the cost would be about $6,000.00.
I've put about
12,000 miles on the engine since you did the repair work with no further
problems with overheating.
Wanted to take
this opportunity to express my gratitude for your services that you
provided for our 99 Cadillac Deville this past December. Searching
the web for a repair facility usually leaves a person unsure as to
where to go and whom to trust. Fortunately, I found you!
Since we were
already going to drive to Cleveland for Christmas, I figured I would
give you a call and see if you could fix our Cadillac head leak while
we were there. I knew with the cold temps that it would probably
make it there as long as we stopped to check on the coolant level now
After talking to
you on the phone it was obvious you were the man for the job, and
that gave me a better sense of security bringing it to you. Trust
goes both ways, and that is obvious when you allowed me to drop off
the car at your home on a Sunday morning. I don’t know of any
other business that would offer that option, especially since we had
never even met. With this sense of trust, we decided last minute to
go with a rebuilt in lieu of the repair. You stated that you didn’t
have any rebuilds’ available, but that you would rebuild mine. I
was surprised at this offer, especially due to the time constraints
that we had to depart back to St.Louis the following weekend, and
particularly because this was the week of Christmas. You stated not
You and your
technicians worked the week of Christmas (which included some
overtime) to get my engine not only repaired, but rebuilt. I
seriously don’t know how to say thank you enough for the effort
that was put forth.
The car is
running great, and my daughter has taken it to Arizona for a
temporary job. She will be returning and then using it for Graduate
school. The car has been in the family since new, and we are glad it
was repaired and not sent to the junkyard.
From the little
you have shared with me about your history, somebody needs to make a
movie about your past. I would definitely pay to see that story on
the big screen.
